So ZyDispatch lets you select who sees what of the information sent by Rezdy. For example, price or commission.

Under the hood: how it works
ZyDispatch is a 3rd-party like these Rezdy Partners, and not operated or supported by Rezdy themselves.
We provide an integration that connects a Rezdy customer privately and securely via API and webhooks, to an external platform where it can then be supplemented with additional information, in our case with dispatch decisions.
Our solution will be available via the Rezdy Integrations Catalogue.
In other words, we securely take your data out of Rezdy so you can use it easily, confidently and specifically for conducting your operations.
A simple process for all
Step 1: Freelancers enter their availability
Once configured onto the ZyDispatch platform with their unique skills and competences, your freelancers can go to the web-app on their phone, and enter and update their availability themselves.
Step 2: ZyDispatch retrieves all your orders from Rezdy
ZyDispatch retrieves all your orders securely from Rezdy using their API. You can see all the orders on a calendar view or a listing that lets you know at a glance how busy your days and weeks are going to be.
Step 3: The dispatcher assigns freelancer(s) to an order
Dispatchers log to ZyDispatch and assign freelancers to each order based on detailed availability and qualifications information.
Step 4: Freelancers view and accept their assigned orders.
Your freelancer sees all their bookings on their phone or computer, in their ZyDispatch calendar, and can access the relevant details of each order, so that they can first accept the job then deliver the service while keeping visibility of their activity and control of their availability.
Is Zydispatch powered by Artificial Intelligence?
Not currently. For launch, we are using logic-based solutions where you are shown your freelancers in an order that you can customise - for example you can choose to be shown first the people who’ve worked the least to date and ensure they get minimum work, or be shown first those with the most availability to reward their engagement.
We intend to implement AI into ZyDispatch to help you make sense of your people, how you dispatch and who gets little work or why, so you can increase smartly your delivery capacity however when it comes to deciding who to send to a job, for now we think you know your business, your customers and your freelancers better than any AI.
